Gianna Nannini's "Hitstory"

Hitstory is the new 2-disc 32-song compilation from Italy's favorite rocker chick Gianna Nannini.

Nannini's career has produced 30 albums over the course of almost 40 years. With Hitstory, she tells her musical history.

In addition to 26 of her greatest hits are four brand new songs written specifically for the album, including the first single "Vita Nuova," which was written by Nannini along with Pasquale Pannella, as well as "Tears" (a collaboration with Isabella Santacroce), "Amica Mia" (a collaboration with Tiziano Ferro), and "Mama."  Also featured are two revivals: "Ciao amore ciao" from Luigi Tenco and "Amandoti" from Giovanni Lindo Ferretti.

The album is also available in a Deluxe Version, featuring three discs and 45 songs.

Hitstory follows her 3X platinum cover album Hitalia, released in November of 2014, which has sold over 150,000 copies.

Nannini has announced tour dates for the spring of 2016. For more information, visit her website:
