Musical Notes Global readers! Gigi Rowe has a special message for you!
Today the Miami-based pop goddess releases her brand new EP Stardust Motel.
A collection of four glittery tracks, this is dance-pop at its finest, sweeping listeners away in a wonderfully whimsical whirlwind of audible sparkle. Deliciously reminiscent of the groundbreaking flavor of artists like Gloria Estefan/Miami Sound Machine, Cyndi Lauper, and Shalamar, Stardust Motel proves—once again—that Gigi Rowe and her shimmering fabulosity are a true force to be reckoned with.
From the dreamy fantasy of "Eyes Off You" to the chilled-out ambiance of "Bright Lights Baby," all four of the tracks included on the EP showcase everything that fans have come to love about Gigi Rowe: sweet, effervescent vocals; hypnotic, feel-good beats; and spirited vibes.
Also featured on the EP is Rowe's latest hit "Got That." With its seriously addicting bouncing beat, the track is an absolute sensation, a sparkling gem of pop perfection that is everything the world needs to hear right now. Not to mention it recently became Rowe's second contribution to Ubisoft's Just Dance video game series. Produced by her long-time collaborator ill Factor (Sia, Gwen Stefani, Kygo), the track was selected to be included on the soundtrack for Ubisoft's Just Dance 2018, which was released earlier this week.
Directed by Ed Cooke/WMA, the brilliantly colorful music video that goes along with "Got That" is a super fun take on Just Dance gameplay moves. Watch this new MNGBlog favorite below.
Stardust Motel follows the success of Rowe's 2016 debut single "Run the Night," which was featured on the Just Dance 2017 soundtrack, and her acclaimed EP Hello Gigi Rowe, which has accumulated more than 450,000 streams to date.
Stardust Motel is now available to stream or download on digital music platforms.
