Singapore-born, Sydney-based singer, songwriter, and producer St. Humain has released his debut seven-song EP Emotional Sauna. The collection is an honest representation of human emotions; whether that be through battling one’s demons, falling in and out of love, or experiencing all that life has to offer.

St. Humain’s Emotional Sauna puts his personal life out and in the open for all to hear. “The goal of my music is to make your life better. If my songs don’t mean anything to you and cannot relate to you in any way then I find it sorta useless,” he said.

The third track on Emotional Sauna, titled “If I’m Honest,” is a reflection of the artist’s darkest days. “It’s a confession, that truth be told, I’m really a shitty person in need of some true love to pull me out of the deep”, he explains, “I’m sure we can all relate.”

The EP is full of electronic-pop-R&B hybrid tracks including “If I’m Honest” as well as a zealous cover of John Mayer’s hit “Gravity.” All are colorful and full of dreamy harmonies, separating the songwriter from many current pop artists.
