Christopher Wins La Voz Kids 2016

This season of La Voz Kids was amazing. An incredible season had an incredible ending when Christopher Rivera was named the winner of Season 4.

Beginning with his superb interpretation of “Quizás, Quizás” during his audition, Christopher continued to successfully perform hits such as “L-O-V-E” and “A Mi Manera” (“My Way”), impressing both the coaches and the audience along the way and helping Natalia Jiménez become a winning coach two years in a row.

The endearing 14-year-old puertorriqueño auditioned three years ago but was not selected by any of the three coaches (Paulina Rubio, Prince Royce, and Roberto Tapia). Although he won Idol Kids Puerto Rico that same year, he made good use of his time since then, working hard to refine his skills in order to audition once again for La Voz Kids.

And what a come back he made! Not only did he make all three coaches —Jiménez, Pedro Fernandez, and Daddy Yankee—turn their chairs, but he won! Along with that iconic trophy, he has been awarded a recording contract with Universal Music, $50,000 in cash, and a 2016 Nissan Rogue for his family.

Christopher is living proof that anything is possible with a little determination and some hard work. ¡Felicidades!
