Italy's Arisa Releases Song for Haiti

Sanremo winner Arisa has partnered with Fondazione Francesca Rava - NPH Italia Onlus to raise awareness of the conditions under which children are living in Haiti. The Italian singer spent the month of March in the small Caribbean country to take part in the rebuilding of a school.

"Voce," included on her album Guardando il cielo, was reedited and released as a single on which Arisa is joined by the children of orphanage Casa NPH (Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos) of Kenscoff. A beautiful corresponding video, also filmed in Haiti, was released as part of the project.

According to the Foundation, two children die of treatable diseases every hour in Haiti, and 1 out of every 2 are not able to go to school. Part of the proceeds from the song/video will be donated to Fondazione Francesca Rava to help house and feed 500 children and to help maintain the St. Ambroise school.
