Prince Royce Hits #1 with "La Carretera"

Prince Royce is No. 1 this week on Billboard's Latin Airplay chart, making "La Carretera" the bachata singer's tenth No. 1 on the chart and his 13th No. 1 on the Tropical Airplay chart.

Composed by Royce and Daniel Santacruz, "La Carretera" recounts a road trip replete with wistful thoughts of a lost love and follows "Culpa al Corazón" as the second single from Royce's upcoming fourth Spanish-language album, which is expected to be released at the beginning of next year. Directed by Jon J, the corresponding music video was filmed on the outskirts of Milan, Italy. Watch it here.
