Watch Alex Cuba's Latest: "Piedad de Mi"
/Cuban-born singer and songwriter Alex Cuba has six albums and multiple Latin Grammy and Grammy awards under his belt, and he has just added another nomination to the list: his latest album Lo Unico Constante is up for a Latin Grammy in the Best Singer-Songwriter Album category.
Following the announcement of his nomination, the Smithers, BC-based artist released the music video for the second single from the album, "Piedad de Mi." Enhanced by dreamy doo ops and a vibrant melody, the track has accumulated more than 130k streams on Spotify and showcases Cuba's sincere songwriting and gently rich vocals in the most perfect way.
The video, directed by Facundo Gastiazoro and Taylor Fox, follows the story of a puppet that falls in love with a beautiful woman at first sight. Watch below.
