Spring is here! There's nothing better than listening to sweet jams with the windows rolled down and the sun shining bright overhead. Check out this list of a few of the top tracks in indie music around the world right now that will help you kick off the season in the best way.

"Chasing Dandelions"-Useless Dogs

Madrid-based rock and roll band Useless Dogs combines flavors of rock, blues, and even a little country to form their colorful sound. Featured on the band's recent work Play or Fall, "Chasing Dandelions" is a vibrant, optimistic track that lends itself to springtime daydreaming. About the song, the band's songwriter Mr. Dogman told Musical Notes Global: "Life is short and the partners you choose to live it will make a difference. What if you are so lucky to be able to pursue dreams along with the one you love? I am, and that is what Chasing Dandelions is about."

"Got Soul"-Valerie June

Just one listen and you'll be obsessed with this sweet-as-honey track from golden-voiced Tennessee native Valerie June. Featured on her brand new album The Order of Time, "Got Soul" is a funky number, perfect for jamming out in the sunshine. Check out her performance on CBS This Morning.

"Give Me a Reason"-Ibibio Sound Machine

Fronted by London-born Nigerian singer Eno Williams, Ibibio Sound Machine is an eight-piece band that blends African and electronic beats with a little disco and '80s flare for good measure. "Give Me a Reason" will get you up and dancing, without a doubt. Find it on their new album Uyai.

"Skyline"-FKJ

Paris-based recording artist Vincent Fenton, known artistically as FKJ, made his official debut in 2013 with the single "Lying Together" and recently released his debut album French Kiwi Juice. "Skyline," a smooth track with a sensual beat, is a top pick that, in line with the rest of the album, fuses together the sweet sounds of electronic, R&B, soul hip-hop, and funk.

"Keep the Darkness Away"-Joshua Radin

Joshua Radin never fails to deliver the most beautiful raw, soft-spoken lyrics presented over tender, soothing melodies. A vulnerable yet hopeful track, "Keep the Darkness Away" follows suit and represents everything that makes this singer-songwriter a truly beloved artist. Find it on his newest full-length and first self-produced album The Fall.
