Born in Dallas, Texas, the expressive soul-pop singer and songwriter has finally come into his own as a well-rounded artist. Spending time during his childhood recording demos, Grae moved to Germany to work as a stage performer and then headed back to the U.S., first to cut his writing chops in Nashville before finally landing in Los Angeles, the city he now calls home.
Incorporating delectable gospel elements and pop beats into his music, today Grae releases his new single “Typical.” Written with Tommy Parker (Janet Jackson, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber), the powerful R&B ballad delves into the perplexing intricacies of dating in the modern world.
