Read MoreEros Ramazzotti never fails to disappoint. We are absolutely loving his latest album Perfetto (released in Spanish as Perfecto). One of our longtime favorites, Ramazzotti is an emotive songwriter with a knack for writing powerful, and many times refreshingly hopeful, lyrics. His songwriting skills especially shine on this new album.
The lead single, "Alla fine del mondo," brings an unfamiliar flavor to Ramazzotti's repertoire with a banjo-filled chorus, lending a country twang to the track. "Il tempo non sente ragione," the recently released second single, is more definitively "Eros" and in our opinion is even stronger than the first. The title track, though, is our favorite from the album, which has just a little more of a classic vibe. With a total of 14 songs, the album is another solid work that Eros can add to his catalogue. His world tour begins in the fall.
Our Favorite Songs from Perfetto: "Il tempo non sente ragione," "Perfetto," "Rosa nata ieri"
Alessandra Amoroso, winner of the 2009 edition of Italy's Amici di Maria De Philippi, is the latest Italian singer to crossover into the Spanish language market. Already well established in the Italian market, she has recently released her first Spanish single, "Grito y No Me Escuchas" (Italian version: "Urlo e Non Mi Senti"). She sounds phenomenal singing in both languages, and we're looking forward to hearing more from her.

Read MoreSalsa + Michael Jackson?
While we're on the fence about this release, we love the meaning and purpose behind it. Produced by Tony Succar, a Peruvian born musical jack of all trades, Unity was developed in tribute to Michael Jackson's life, work, and message.
The album features some of Jackson's greatest hits, including "Thriller" and "Billie Jean," remixed by Succar alongside more than 100 musicians and Latin stars such as Tito Nieves and India. The tropical/salsa infusion doesn't work quite as well on some of the tracks as it does on others, but we do like the ones it does work on. More importantly, though, we love the purpose of the album, which is to erase cultural barriers. And that is something we truly believe in.
Our favorite songs from Unity: "I Want You Back (feat. Tito Nieves)," "Earth Song (feat. India)," "Earth Song (feat. Kevin Ceballo)"

Read MoreIt seems that Italy's X Factor is quite successful at finding new talent. Our featured artist today, Sicilian singer-songwriter Giovanni Caccamo, was a participant on the fourth edition of the show.
"Ritornerò da te," his first single from his debut album Qui per te, was released in February and presented at Sanremo this year, where he won the Newcomer's category.
His music strikes us very differently from other Italian artists we know. A little reminiscent of Coldplay, Qui per te sounds current, radio-friendly, and hip, for lack of a better term. We, of course, became hooked and we're thrilled to have discovered such a great young talent.
Our first featured band from Portugal developed out of a friendship between members Francisco Pereira and Miguel Coimbra. Later joined by Miguel Cristovinho, the group worked long and hard to achieve their current success.
A cool mix of pop and hip hop, with rap verses sprinkled throughout, D.A.M.A's style is completely and uniquely their own. They bring an easy to listen to brand of music to their listeners, and we fell in love with it immediately.
2014 was an excellent year for D.A.M.A. They released their album Uma Questão de Princípio (which we loved from the moment we first heard “Ás Vezes”), performed with The Voice Portugal contestant Salvador Seixas, and they had the opportunity to open for One Direction.
Last year's success is now continuing into 2015. They're currently touring around Portugal.
Our favorite songs from Uma Questão de Princípio: “Ás Vezes,” "Secrets in Silence (feat. Mia Rose)," "Na Na Na"
We just love collaborations that bring together amazing artists from around the world.
