Il Volo Releases New Track

Il Volo has just released a new track...the Spanish version of "Grande amore," that is.

Now available on iTunes and Spotify, the news that the Spanish-language version of the Sanremo-winning Eurovision entry would be released had fans buzzing for a while, curious to discover if it would live up to the flawless original.

In case you missed it, you can view the original on our list The Best of Il Volo, March's list of Our Top Italian Songs of the Moment, and 10 of the Best Songs of Eurovision 2015.

Now that it's finally here, what do you think of the Spanish version of "Grande amore"? Is this long-awaited track just as phenomenal as the Italian version? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Rising Artist Spotlight: Leon Bridges

Our Rising Artist Spotlight this week shines on an artist from the U.S.A.! It’s hard to believe that not long ago Leon Bridges was washing dishes at a restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas. Now he’s the next best thing in music.

We couldn’t believe our ears the first time we heard “Coming Home”. You know how sometimes you don’t realize you’re missing something until it whacks you over the head? Well, that’s how we feel about Bridges and that 1960s-inspired soul he’s crafting. Reminiscent of Otis Redding and Sam Cooke, he has renewed our faith in music by bringing back soul in all of its magical glory and hopefully sparking a much-needed musical revolution in the process.

We cannot say enough about this fresh, new rising artist, and we’re curious to see if others follow suit. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below!

Enrique Iglesias & Nicky Jam to Release English Track

Gente de Zona and Marc Anthony might have some competition!

We've been feeling "La Gozadera" as this year's Latin song of the summer ever since we heard it performed at the Billboard Latin Music Awards in April. However, news has just surfaced that Enrique and Nicky Jam are planning to release the mega hit "El Perdón" as an English-language track, which has the potential to reign at number 1 for the rest of the summer and beyond.

The Spanish version of "El Perdón" is already a chart-topper in Italy, Spain, and Mexico, and has reached the top of Billboard's Hot Latin Songs and Latin Digital Songs charts. And don't forget about the record-breaking views the video received on YouTube within the first few days of its premiere! It now has more than 125 million views.

So, what do you think? Which hit do you prefer? How do you think the English version of "El Perdón" will be? Let us know in the comments below!

Prince Royce Releases 3rd Single from English Album Double Vision

As of today, Double Vision, the first English-language album from Bronx-raised bachatero Prince Royce, is available for pre-order. Roycenaticas, or fans of Prince Royce (including us), were aflutter on Twitter because of the early release of the third single from the album, "Extraordinary," coinciding with the pre-order. Some fans might already be familiar with this acoustic, sweet, and dreamy soon-to-be hit single, as Royce performed it on his Soy El Mismo Tour in 2014.

Double Vision will be available for sale on July 24.

What are your thoughts on Prince Royce's crossover debut? Let us know in the comments below!
