Up and coming producer and multi-instrumentalist Hush Forte made a huge splash in 2019 with the release of his instrumental debut album Ardor, and he’s just returned with a brand new single that burns with hypnotizing intensity.

Incorporating elements of hip-hop, alternative jazz, and soul, “Dominicana” follows the success of his single “Summer Girls” ft. Q, which just achieved 1 million streams on digital platforms, and explores the polarity of all-consuming love.

“When I made the beat, I was reflecting on my most recent relationship,” he explains about the track. “Remembering some of the earlier moments, this song feels like the uncomfortable moment in a new relationship where I finally admit to myself that this girl has the power to make me feel really good, but also really crazy.”

“Dominicana” also features Aaron and Myquale, who lend their irresistible, ridiculously smooth vocals to the track, along with a smoldering guitar solo that adds an extra dose of heat. The song revives the same dreamy soundscapes Hush first introduced on Ardor and will be featured on his upcoming compilation, LOOK CLOSELY, which is set to drop later this year.

Influenced by industry innovators such as Kanye West, Frank Ocean, and Travis Scott, the Broward County native has developed a wildly intoxicating, luscious sound that, thanks to the addition of celestial synths and soft rock tones, echoes for what seems like miles through the soul.
